mark-schakowskyMark Schakowsky — Business Development Director

After graduating from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, Mark spent several years working on both the investment and consulting sides of the financial services industry. During those years, he was able to obtain extensive background in financial analysis and risk management. While many businesses focus on strategies to protect profits such as hedging commodity prices or lean manufacturing techniques, Mark is instead helping shed light on how American businesses spend over $60 billion a year on the costly employee downtime. Using the Science of More UpTime™, he has been able to save companies millions of dollars and helped protect their bottom line.

In Remembrance

William Michael "Sully" Sullivan, MS, ATC — Senior Program Manager

April 28, 1963—December 3, 2018

Sully was a friend to many, and mentor to perhaps more than he could have known. His humility and quiet strength belied a life rich in accomplishment and service. As a veteran of the Ohio Army National Guard, Sully led a distinguished career as a combat medic, earning the status of Platoon Sergeant. His numerous contributions to the athletic training profession have been recognized at the state, district and national levels, including designation as “Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer” in 2011 by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Thanks to his firm understanding of regulatory issues, he helped state legislators draft language for two Illinois Athletic Training Practice Acts, and was elected President of the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association (IATA).

Sully joined the BIOKINETIX Leadership Team in 2015. We are thankful for the invaluable impact he brought during these years, both through his leadership in the field and as a role model to the folks who worked alongside him. As a medical provider, he continuously strived to enhance the lives of thousands of student, professional, and industrial athletes. The world has lost a truly remarkable man, but his legacy will continue to live on in our hearts and minds.
