Musician’s Repetitive Stress Project
BIOKINETIX studied the effects of repetitive stress professional musicians have on joints, ligaments, and muscles, often causing tendinitis.
Project basis:
- A common problem for professional musicians is injury to due overuse of extremities.
- Injuries typically affect the neck, shoulders, upper back, wrists and fingers, preventing them from playing their instrument and temporarily halting their careers.
- We studied the effects the Wow Warm Up™ exercises have on alleviating chronic tendonitis.
